Executive and Management Assessment

Amanda Super Consulting have provided expert assistance to organisations in all sectors in their recruitment selection. This service involves full psychological and ability profiling of candidates in an assessment centre setting, feedback to HR and the candidates and competency based interviewing of prospective employees. Many aspects of this service can also be applied remotely using online tests and profiling which can provide savings in both cost and time.

Executive and Management Development

Coaching Individuals

Amanda Super Consulting have provided Executive Coaching to staff at all levels of the management structure in the public, private and not for profit sectors. This service includes full personality and ability profiling and can be conducted either face to face or over the phone. An initial session of two hours provides background information and an initial assessment of the issues. The number of coaching sessions is then decided by the client and an action plan relating to goals is developed. The number of sessions required can range from 3 to 10 depending on the clients needs.


Developing Teams and Boards of Directors

Amanda Super Consulting have developed teams of staff at all levels, including Board level, in the public, private and not for profit sectors. This service provides individual and team psychological profiling, 360 degree appraisals and feedback as well as developing team functioning. The benefits of developing effective communication and mutual understanding cannot be underestimated when working in a team. Amanda Super Consulting bring their expertise and substantial experience to the dynamic team and empower them to move forward with a positive focus towards greater success.  


Career Coaching

Amanda Super Consulting have provided career coaching on an individual basis and as a group event. We have successfully supported many individuals through career change and to promotion. We have also provided this service to groups of staff at threat of redundancy to enable them to take charge of their career path and future. This service can be beneficial at any time during one's career from the very beginning through to retirement.


Maternity Coaching

Amanda Super Consulting have provided maternity coaching for many senior women dealing with the life changing event of having a baby.  This service supports women pre-maternity leave, during their maternity leave and enables them to return to work successfully.


Training

Amanda Super Consulting have delivered training in assessment centre practice, equality issues, bullying and harassment issues, appraisal systems, customer care and satisfaction, CV development and interview skills. The bespoke training provided by Amanda Super Consulting is tailored to the staff and organisation's direct and stated needs and delivered in a fully participatory and interactive way.


Facilitation

Amanda Super Consulting have provided successful facilitation of events in all sectors. We have chaired and sat on panels where external facilitation has been required. We bring a rational approach based on sound judgement and the belief that everyone has something valuable to contribute.

Mediation

Amanda Super Consulting have provided mediation for a variety of organisations. Mediation is a well established process for resolving disagreements in which an impartial third party (the mediator) helps people in dispute to find a mutually acceptable resolution. Mediation is generally more cost effective and quicker than going to court, and is a flexible process that can be used to settle disputes in a whole range of situations.

360 Degree Appraisals and Individual Feedback

Amanda Super Consulting have provided 360 degree appraisals for staff in a variety of organisations. This process can be fully administrated and supported by Amanda Super Consulting and can provide a comprehensive tool for development of staff at all levels. This process can enable individuals to plan their training and development needs for the future.

Action Learning Set Facilitation and Facilitator Training

Action Learning is an educational process whereby the participant studies their own actions and experience in order to improve performance. Action Learning takes place in small groups, known as Sets. Amanda Super Consulting have facilitated Action Learning Sets to support staff development at all levels, in a variety of organisations. Action Learning can also be a useful development tool to staff across sectors and organisations. Amanda Super Consulting has developed these Sets extensively, enhancing the learning process for participants. Training has been provided by Amanda Super Consulting to build the in house capacity for the facilitation of Action Learning Sets.

Coaching Supervision both Individual and Groups

The European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) Code of Ethics require regular supervision for all Coaching practitioners. This can take the form of individual supervision or group supervision. Amanda Super Consulting has provided both forms of supervision to Coaching Professionals. This is based firmly within the guidelines and principles of the EMCC requirements for Coaching Supervision.
